We will visit the ice hockey game EHC Kloten vs. HC Lausanne! The game takes place on January 16th at 7:45 pm in the Swiss Arena in Kloten.

The 2026 season is about to begin and as every year, our traditional season opening tournament takes place at Golfpark Otelfingen!
Date: April 24th 2026 - in the afternoon
Game mode: Fourballs (Best Ball – Zweierteams) – Erklärung und Regeln

Handicap limit: There is a handicap limit of 36.0 for every player. The sum of both handicaps in a team should be below 50.
Number of players: max. 32 players (16 teams of 2)
Please note: You need to proof your handicap on site in Otelfingen (e.g. SwissGolf app, Membership card of your home course, Sign in on PCCaddie or similar). Only players with a valid golf course membership and handicap are eligible to play!
Slow Play: Last year, we had big problems regarding Slow Play and late arrivals. Therefore we ask you to be on site early (at least 45 minutes prior to your teetime!) and encourage you to play fast (Ready Golf, fast walking etc.). Also, every player HAS TO use their own golf equipment (not provided)!
Food/Sponsoring: Migros Golfcard supports us by paying for the food after the round. They also provide aus with some presents/prizes. Thank you very much!
Costs/Participation fees: There are no fee from our side. But you need to pay your respective greenfee prior to your round at the office in Otelfingen. Take your student card (Legi) with you to get the ASVZ discount (50% on greenfee)!
Registration Period: March 1st - April 3th (first come, first serve!)
Please provide us with your current home course and handicap when signing up! You can also mention your team partner in the Remarks field. If you do not wish for a specific partner, you will be mixed with others ;).
Cancellation: Cancellation is possible via Mail (info@gcuzhethz.ch). If you cancel after the end of the registration period (April 3th) or if you are sick on the day of the tournament, you will nevertheless have to pay all incurrent costs, unless there is another player to take your spot!
ASVZ participants: Bei diesem Event sind ausnahmsweise auch Nichtmitglieder unseres Vereins teilnahmeberechtigt, solange sie im ASVZ (Akademischer Sportverband) Mitglied sind. Natürlich müssen diese auch die obigen Teilnahmebedingungen (v.a. im Bezug auf Heimatclub und Handicap) einhalten. Acht Startplätze sind für diese Personengruppe bis zum 27. März 2026 reserviert, danach werden ungenutzte Plätze wieder für unsere Mitglieder freigeschaltet. Die Anmeldung läuft über den ASVZ-Sportfahrplan: ASVZ-Link.
