At this year's Ryder Cup against HSG, we successfully defended our title from last year! After a 6:2 lead after the mixed weather on Saturday, we were able to achieve an overall victory of 16.5:8.5 points on Sunday in the best weather on the beautiful golf course in Owingen-Überlingen.

We would like to thank all our team members for their fantastic performances and a very successful weekend, as well as our opponents from St. Gallen for the exciting matches. We look forward to defending the title again next year!

Our monthly After Study Cups took place again over the last three months. In June, July and August, the participants played the 6-hole Champion Course at Golfpark Otelfingen after their daily study routine. In a relaxed atmosphere, they were able to show off their golf skills and win great prizes.

In addition to the individual rankings per tournament (1st gross ladies, 1st gross men, 1st/2nd/3rd net), there was an overall ranking across all three tournaments (1st gross ladies, 1st gross men, 1st net). We congratulate all the individual tournament winners, and especially the winners of the overall ranking!

After our season opening unfortunately had to be cancelled again this April due to heavy rain, we are delighted that we have now been able to hold the second Summer Cup in cooperation with Migros Golfcard!

In almost too good weather, the participants played a handicap-relevant tournament over 18 holes around the freshly renovated bunkers at Golfpark Otelfingen.

Fabrice (32 points) and Katarina (22 points) won the gross prizes with outstanding performances, while Fjodor (44 points), Noel (42 points) and Vadim (41 points) outdid themselves for the net prizes!

We would like to thank Migros Golfcard for sponsoring the organisation and some of the prizes, and Golfers Paradise for the remaining prizes!

We are very pleased to announce that we were definitely accepted as a member club at the ASVZ general assembly last Thursday!

Over the last three years, we have already established our cooperation with the ASVZ as a provisional member club. Our open training sessions and selected tournaments are already advertised at ASVZ and are available to all members.
We also provide training instructors for the ASVZ course authorisation and course maturity courses.

We are very much looking forward to expanding this co-operation in the future and to further promoting academic golf!
